SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

In 2023, CAST completed a renovation of the public areas of the University Administration Building which serves as both a reception area for the Office of the President, as well as a gathering area for executive staff. The centerpiece of the lobby is a custom wood and steel display that highlights faculty publications, exhibitions, and other work. New lighting, art, and furnishings enliven the space while updated finishes provide a look that harmonizes with the 1930s art deco architecture of the original building. The project also includes a full staff kitchen, a new gender-inclusive restroom, and a complete renovation of student restrooms on two floors of the building.
